高职院校学生学籍档案管理若干思考

学籍档案是高职院校档案的重要组成部分,在教学、学生管理、毕业生就业等方面发挥着重要作用。但目前管理中存在着不少问题,应提高认识、健全网络和强化手段,以实现管理专业化、责任化和信息化,从而保护好、利用好学籍档案。

Roll archives is an important section of vocational college archives and plays an important role of the works in teaching, students management and graduates employment. But there are many problems in the management of roll archives. In order to protect and use roll archives well, we should enhance our awareness, perfect the network and strengthen the measures, in addition, we should promote the specialization, responsibilitization and informatization of roll archives management.
