Reconstruction and Revelation:the New Process of New Haven School of International Law

肇始于20世纪40年代的纽黑文学派在国际法的传承和发展中占有重要一席,它重塑了国际法的理论认知,拓宽了国际法的研究视野,但同时也受到其他国际法学派的诟病。今天,在与其他学派经历了半个多世纪的论争、借鉴与渗透之后,纽黑文学派又有了新的壮大和发展:地理空间、多元主义以及自下而上等以纽黑文学派理论为基础的新方法论相继被提出。尽管这些方法论并没有给纽黑文学派带来实质性的变化,但却扩展了纽黑文学派多视角研究国际法的特点。

the New Haven School was born in 1900s. It is an important school in the heritage and development of international law. It reshapes the cognitive theory of international law and broadens the study perspective. However, it has also been criticized by other international law schools. Today, through controversy with other schools in more than half century, drawing and infiltration, the New Haven School has seen a new development： geographical space, pluralism and bottom-up methodologies are proposed. Although these methodologies do not bring substantial change for the New Haven School, they expend the study perspectives of international law.
