摘要
知识的快速增长对现有的教师培训提出了更高的要求,开放性培训已成为适应时代要求和培训改革的崭新理论。构建开放性教师培训体系,应以开放创新的培训理念为先导,以开放多元的培训资源为基础,以开放多样的培训形式为手段,以开放综合的培训评价为依托。
The rapid growth of knowledge puts higher requirements on the present teacher training. An opening system of training has become necessary to adapt to the times and the training reform. An opening system of teacher training should be guided by an open and innovative theory, based on open and diversitied training resources, carried out by diverse training methods, and rely on an open and comprehensive training evaluation.
