教学管理视域下大学生受教育权利保护

The Protection of College Students' Eductional Right From the Perspective of Educational Management

针对目前存在的对大学生受教育权利的直接侵害和间接侵害的情况,我们必须确立大学生在高校教育教学管理中的主体地位;努力提高高校教师的专业素质和思想道德素质;提高教学管理、学生管理部门的依法治教的管理理念;杜绝高校管理部门的越权"立法"对大学生造成教育权利损害。

The college should display a concern with the students key benefits------the protection and achieve- ment of college students＇educational right, since there exist direct and indirect violation against their educational right.We must establish the college students＇leading status in the educational management and improve the teachers＇professional quality and moral quality.We must renew the managerial comcept of administration by law to avoid the harming of college students＇ educational right by the college＇s managerial departments＇ overstepping of their right to set uo ＂laws.＂
