辽宁省乡镇域基础设施建设评价指标体系构建与评价方法研究

Study on Villages and Towns Region Infrastructure Construction Evaluation Index System and Evaluation Method in Liaoning Province

辽宁省乡镇域基础设施建设是辽宁省村镇发展的重要基础,笔者在辽宁省乡镇域基础设施实际建设情况的基础上按其全面性、协同性以及可操作性对六大系统的指标进行筛选。通过层次分析法建立乡镇域基础设施指标体系,对辽宁省乡镇域村镇进行评价。乡镇域基础设施建设评价方法在验证评价体系可行性的基础上,对于实现城乡之间、村镇之间基础设施共建共享,实现基础设施的效益最大化,推动城镇化进程的健康发展有重要的实现意义。

The villages and towns region infrastructure construction in Liaoning Province is an important foundation for the development of towns and villages.On the basis of the actual construction of infrastruc-ture,the author selected indicators of comprehensiveness,interoperability and operational ways.Then the ar-ticle evaluates the villages and towns in Liaoning Province by the index system of infrastructure established by the analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of verifying the feasibility of evaluation system,the evalua-tion method of the building of the villages and towns region infrastructure has the significance of realizing the sharing of infrastructure building between urban and rural areas,towns and villages,achieving maxi-mum efficiency of infrastructure and promoting the healthy development of urbanization.
