摘要
当前,我国食品安全事件频频发生。在食品安全问题上,政府也做了很多工作,但是食品安全事件仍然时有发生。这引发我们思考我国现行的政府垄断型食品安全质检模式,要求我们打破旧的管理模式,开拓新的管理思路,大胆引入社会力量,像民间组织,参与到食品安全监督管理中来。在坚持政府主导的情况下,引导民间组织发挥提高消费者食品安全意识、参与并推动政府建立健全食品安全体系、对食品安全监管者实施再监管的作用,从而起到减少食品安全事件发生,保障消费者健康和安全的作用。
At present, food safety incidents in our country occur frequently .This requires us to think about our current state- monopoly food safety and inspection, prompts us to break the old management mode, develops new management ideas, and introduces social forces boldly such as nongovernmental organizations to participate in the supervision and management of food safety. Adhering to government-driven, we should guide non-governmental organizations to raise the consciousness of food safety, participate in and promote the establishment of a sound food safety system, re-supervise the superintendent of food safety, thereby decreasing food safety incidents and protecting consumers’health and safety.
