摘要
分析了企业职业压力源产生的主客观原因,阐述了职业压力已深度影响着企业员工的身心健康状况和工作效率,一方面适量的职业压力有利于员工调动内在资源来应对压力以达到身心和工作效率新的平衡,另一方面过度的职业压力则会导致员工心理和行为的不适,给身心和工作效率带来负面的影响,造成消极的平衡。研究缓解职业压力的对策已成为职业心理学一个重要的课题,本课题组成员在调研中获得了一些行之有效的方法,总结为文字以便在实践中推广。
This paper makes an analysis on the subjective and objective causes of the source of work pressure in enterprise and elaborates that work pressures affect staff's physical and mental health as well as their working efficiency deeply. While moderate work pressures help staff to input all internal resources to handle pressures to achieve the newbalance between being healthy and working efficiency, too much pressure from work can lead to improper mentality and behaviors which can result in negative effects on both health and working efficiency and negative balance. Research on the countermeasures against work pressures have become an important project of professional psychologists. The team members have discovered some effective measures in our field research, which nowtakes their written forms in order to promote them in practice.
