摘要 处于不稳定岩层中的大连市引碧供水隧洞,埋深浅、围岩风化剧烈。因受地质构造影响节理裂隙发育,岩石破碎,断层较多,岩体松软,多是泥砂碎石状。因此,隧洞开挖后,初期支护极为关键。为保证工程安全、经济,加快进度,采用了钢格栅吊模混凝土支护,并将钢格栅分为轻、中、重三级与隧洞围岩的Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ类相对应。在施工过程中采用这种支护方式效果很好,对类似工程可资借鉴。 The Yingbi Water Supply Tunnel, with a small depth, is located in unstable strata, which are heavily weathered, rich in fractures and full of faults resulting from geological structure. The surrounding rock is broken, loose and takes shape of muddy crushed stone. Therefore, the primary support is particularly important for this tunnel. In order to ensure the safety, economy and advance rate of construction, the lattice girder and concrete support is adopted. Three types of lattice girders, i. e. light, medium and heavy type lattice girders are used for Class III,II,I surrounding rock respectively. Good results have been achieved from those types of support, which will be a reference for the similar project.
