提高机采井抽油泵效技术研究与推广应用 被引量:4

摘要 油井低泵效对抽油机、三抽设备均会造成一定程度的损坏,同时因气体影响较大对油井产能也将产生一定的影响。通过机采井抽汲理论分析,结合现场运行,找到了影响采油三厂机采井抽油泵效的主要因素并进行深入剖析,探讨提高抽油泵效的最优途径。结合油田现状,有的放矢的从技术装备、油井参数及管理水平三个方面对机采井抽油泵效进行优化调整,通过提高抽油泵效措施的有效实施,全厂机采抽油井在产液量和含水均保持平稳的同时,抽油泵效从2009年1月的36.2%上升到12月的40.5%,累计全年产生经济效益291.85万元,也为本厂抽油泵效提供了一套成熟的工艺体系。 The low pump efficiency of oil well damages the pumping unit and pumping equipments, and has an effect on the oil well deliverability with the production of gas. On the basis of swabbing theory and filed data, the main effect factors of the pump efficiency in the third oil production factory of Changqing oil field have been found and analyzed, and then the optimal ways improving pump efficiency has been discussed. In the light of the condition in the Changing oil field, we develop the optimization and restructuring of the pump efficiency for pump recovery well with technical equipment, oil well parameters and management level. By the effective implementation of improving pump efficiency measures, liquid-producing capacity and water content in the whole factory's pump recovery wells hold steady. Meanwhile, the pump efficiency increased from 36.2% in January to 40.5% in December, 2009, and the total income also increases 29185 millions RMB in the whole year. It also provided a mature process system for the pump efficiency in the factory.
