The special professional quality is the qualitative integrity of all the students who study in the characteristic specialty of a university, which is formed after their professional education. It is the essential composition of comprehensive quality which is the coexistence of knowledge, ability and originality. In addition, the special professional quality often represents some comparative superiority which is embodied in the flush of identity and pride of the students. The training of the special professional quality is an important content and achievement in the construction of characteristic specialty, and is also the achievement transformation of specialty construction into student education. The special professional quality training should be carried out in terms of designing a unique specialty direction and training program, developing characteristic education resources, and building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, etc.
