摘要
目的:探讨抚触对正常新生儿行为神经及智力发育的影响。方法:选择在我院产科出生的正常新生儿115例,按出生的单双日随机分为抚触组(55例)和对照组(60例)。在综合护理措施及育儿指导相同的情况下,抚触组的婴儿接受抚触按摩,每天2~3次,每次15~20min,持续3个月。对两组新生儿在出生后1个月进行新生儿行为神经测定评分(NBNA);3个月进行智能发育指数(MDI)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)和头围测查及对比分析。结果:抚触组与对照组在出生后1个月NBNA基础评分分别为(39.92±0.65)分,(38.37±0.52)分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3个月两组MDI、PDI和头围测查差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抚触可提高正常婴儿的智力及促进婴儿心理等各方面的发育。
Objective:To explore the influence of touch on neurobehavioral and intelligence development in normal infants.Methods:115 normal full-term infants who delivered in obstetrical department of our hospital were divided random ly into touch group(n=55)and control group(n=60) with birth odd and even date.Both groups received routine pharmacotherapy and nursing care.Touch group received touch 2-3 times /day,lasting 15-20 minutes every time,for at least 3 months.Both group of infants were evaluated with neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)in one month after birth and mental development index(MDI),psyehomotor development index(PDI) and circumferences of head in 3 months after birth.Results:The NBNA score of both group were(39.92±0.65),(38.37±0.52) in one month after birth,respectively,showing a significant difference(P0.01).And the MDI,PDI and circumferences of head of the touch group were markly higher than the control group in 3 months after birth(P0.05).Conclusion:The touch may enhance the normal infants' intelligence quotient,also can promote the baby psychological development and various aspects growth.
