摘要 以某款电控高压共轨发动机为研究对象,对发动机电控ECU数据的开发过程进行研究.通过试验室座台试验完成柴油机配置定型、燃烧开发等性能试验及基础数据的开发.通过高温、高原、寒区发动机适应性试验,完成了适应三高环境的发动机电控数据开发,并通过多次数据精标,完成了该款柴油机电控ECU数据的定型. The exploitation of electronic control engine includes many elements,ECU calibration data is one of the key elements.In this paper,an electronic control engine is used as a study model for the research of ECU investigate process.The desk tests help to complete engine configuration stereotypes,combustion and other performance tests,and finish the exploitation of basic data.High temperature,high altitude and cold adaptation engine testing complete the exploitation data of electronic control engine adapt to the three ambient.And through many times follow-up calibration,finally complete the calibration of the electronic control diesel engine ECU data.
