Theory and Practice of CPC's Building a Learning-oriented Party before and after the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of CPC

重视学习、善于学习,是中国共产党的宝贵财富和优良传统。六届六中全会前后,中国共产党对建设学习型政党进行了有益的探索,即坚持把学习马克思主义同学习文化、业务知识相结合,运用有效的学习方法和途径开展学习,建立科学的制度规范保障学习取得实效。系统总结这些做法对推进十七届四中全会提出的建设马克思主义学习型政党的任务具有重要现实意义。

Emphasizing learning and being good at learning are our Party＇s precious treasure and good tradition.Before and after the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of CPC,Chinese communists made a fruitful exploration in building a learning-oriented Party,namely,learning Marxism was integrated with learning to read and write,and some professional knowledge in an efficient learning methods and ways.Besides,setting up a scientific system and regulations ensured the tangible results of learning.Today,to summarize the all these methods will be of great significance in building a learning-oriented Marxist Party proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of CPC.
