人才需求结构与普通高校经济学专业课建设——以安徽省为例

摘要 新形势下经济学人才供求结构矛盾较为突出,呈现经济学人才紧缺和经济学就业率不高并存的现象,急需加大对经济学专业课程设置的改革。这种改革具体包括三个方面:在专业课教学内容方面,需要增加工具性的知识;在专业课程科目的设置上需要减少纯粹理论性的课程或课时,增加应用性较强的经济学方法和专业科目;对经济学大类专业的专业课设置实行模块化改革,以增强学校和学生选择专业的适应性。 In the new situation the structure of supply and demand of economics talented persons differ,which leads to a short-supply of and the low employment rates of economics talented person coexist.It is necessary to reform economics special field course in currently available system.There are three suggestions: It is necessary to increase instrumental knowledge in the field of teaching contents of specialized courses.It is necessary to cut down pure theory-oriented courses and to increase application-oriented courses.In order to strengthen the adaptability in choosing the special field of colleges and the students,it is also necessary to carry out modularizational reformation in economics.
