人才需求结构与普通高校经济学专业课建设——以安徽省为例

The Demand Structure of Economics Talented Persons and the Reform of Economics Specialized Courses in General Colleges:A Case Study of Anhui Province

新形势下经济学人才供求结构矛盾较为突出,呈现经济学人才紧缺和经济学就业率不高并存的现象,急需加大对经济学专业课程设置的改革。这种改革具体包括三个方面:在专业课教学内容方面,需要增加工具性的知识;在专业课程科目的设置上需要减少纯粹理论性的课程或课时,增加应用性较强的经济学方法和专业科目;对经济学大类专业的专业课设置实行模块化改革,以增强学校和学生选择专业的适应性。

In the new situation the structure of supply and demand of economics talented persons differ,which leads to a short-supply of and the low employment rates of economics talented person coexist.It is necessary to reform economics special field course in currently available system.There are three suggestions： It is necessary to increase instrumental knowledge in the field of teaching contents of specialized courses.It is necessary to cut down pure theory-oriented courses and to increase application-oriented courses.In order to strengthen the adaptability in choosing the special field of colleges and the students,it is also necessary to carry out modularizational reformation in economics.
