梗复康改善心肌梗塞患者左室收缩功能的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Improvement of Left Ventricular Contraction in Cardiac Infarction Treated by Gengfukang

为观察益气活血复方梗复康对心肌梗塞患者左室收缩功能的影响,对18例透壁性心肌梗塞患者,在西药常规治疗基础上,加服中药汤剂梗复康,同时用超声心动图仪观察治疗前后左室收缩功能的变化。结果服药4周后,患者左室收缩功能参数每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血指数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(％FS)显著提高(P<0.01),主动脉射血最大速度(Vmax)提高(P<0.05),左室舒张末径(Dd)无明显变化,血瘀证候积分值明显下降(P<0.01)。提示梗复康具有改善心肌梗塞患者左室收缩功能的作用。

To investigate the clinical effects of Gengfukang decoction on improving left ventricular systolic function of patients with myocardial infarction, on the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine. eighteen myocardial infarction (MI) cases were treated with Genfukang decoction additionally. Before and after treatment, the changes of left ventricular systolic function were measured by echocardiography. After patients were treated with Gengfukang decoction for 4 weeks, the left ventricular systolic function such as SV, LVEF and %FS were significantly improved (P <0. 01) and Vmax was increased (P<0. 05), but no any change was found in Dd. The blood stasis scores of patients were significantly decreased (P<0. 01). Gengfukang decoction has certain effect on improvement of left ventricular systolic function of patients with myocardial infarction.
