阿尔茨海默病言语流畅性损害研究

The impairment verbal fluency in Alzheimer’s disease

目的研究阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的言语流畅性损害状况。方法采用语义流畅性、语音流畅性、动作流畅性测验,评定30例AD患者与60例正常老年人。结果与正常对照组比较,AD患者3项言语流畅性均受损(P<0.01),其中以语义流畅性损害为重。3项言语流畅性成绩与MMSE总分之间有显著的相关性(r1=0.732,r2=0.631,P=0.000,r3=0.541,P=0.02)。结论 AD患者存在明显的言语流畅性损害,与整体认知功能有良好的相关性。

Objective To investigate the verbal fluency in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Method Semantic fluency test,phonemic fluency test and action fluency test were examined in AD patients （n=30） and healthy elderly control subjects （n=60）.Results The verbal fluency tests were impaired in AD patients compared with the healthy elderly control group （P〈0.01）,while semantic fluency test was most impaired.All verbal fluency tests were correlated significantly with mini-mental state examination （MMSE）.Conclusion Verbal fluency deficit is commonly seen in AD patients,it is closely correlated with general cognitive function.
