摘要
针对天然染料在棉纤维上染色存在上染率低和色牢度差的问题,研究棉纤维的阳离子化改性技术。探讨改性剂浓度、匀染剂和碱剂的种类与用量、改性温度及时间对改性棉染色织物K/S值的影响;分析测试染色织物的匀染性、色牢度和紫外防护性能。结果表明:通过优化棉织物的改性工艺,天然染料在改性棉织物上的上染速率得到提高,染色产品具有较高的表观色深,较好的色牢度和匀染性,并获得优异的紫外防护性能。
Aiming at the problems of low dye-uptake and poor color fastness of natural dyes on cotton fabrics,the technology of cationic modification on cotton is studied.The influences on K/S value among modifier concentration,leveling agent and alkaline agents,type and concentration,treating temperature and treating time are discussed.The level dyeing property,color fastness and UV-protection properties were also analyzed.The results demonstrate that the dyed cotton after modification have high dyeing rates and color yield,good color fastness,levelness,as well as excellent UV-protection properties.
