两种不同来源桦褐孔菌多糖免疫活性的比较 被引量:7

摘要 利用水溶醇沉法分别从桦褐孔菌子实体和发酵产物中分离提取多糖,并采用两种免疫调节测定方法研究其免疫调节活性。所有桦褐孔菌子实体和发酵产物胞外乙醇沉淀多糖,除蛋白后多糖以及桦褐孔菌发酵产物胞内乙醇沉淀多糖,对NO的清除和人的外周血单个核细胞(hPBMCs)的增殖具有很强的活性,多糖含量和蛋白含量有明显的不同,桦褐孔菌发酵产物胞外多糖和胞内多糖具有较高的多糖含量和较低的蛋白含量,并且其对NO的清除活性和hPBMCs的增殖活性相对天然的桦褐孔菌子实体多糖弱。结果表明,桦褐孔菌多糖具有免疫调节活性。 The potential immunomodulatory activities of the crude polysaccharide extracts from natural fungal sclerotia and cultured mycelia in submerged fermentation of Inonotus obliquus is performed using two immunomodulatory assays.All ethanol precipitated and deproteinated polysaccharide from both natural sclerotia and cultured mycelia including extra-and intra-cellular extracts are effective in scavenging nitric oxide(NO) radical and in propagating human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(hPBMCs).Significant differences are observed both in polysaccharide and protein contents,and immunomodulatory activities of extracts from natural sclerotia and cultured mycelia evaluate.Both exoand endo-polysaccharide extracts from cultured mycelia of I.obliquus with higher polysaccharide content and lower protein content had significantly weaker activities in NO radical scavenging and hPBMCs propagating,than that from natural sclerotia.
