温馨消毒液毒性的试验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON TOXICITY OF WENXIN DISINFECTION SOLUTION

温馨消毒液为以7种植物药提取物为主与植物油配制的皮肤消毒剂。经试验，对小鼠经口LD50＞5000mg／kg，对家兔眼粘膜有轻度刺激性。对家兔皮肤多次涂抹、皮肤刺激指数按《消毒技术规范》评为9．5，判为无明显刺激性。

Wenxin Disinfection Solution is a skin disinfectant prepared mainly from 7 kinds of extracts of medicinal herbs and vegetable oil. It was indicated that its oral LD50 in mice was >5000 mg / kg and it was mildly irritative to conjunctiva of rabbit. When it was applied repeatedly to rabbit skin. the dermal irritation index was assessed as 9.5 according to “Disinfection Technical Guideline”, which is considered as no significant irritation.
