摘要 由于湖州电网存在N-2引发小系统稳定的隐患,为确保电网安全稳定可靠运行,掌控电网运行安全稳定冗裕度,构建了基于EMS湖州电网可视化智能调度预警系统。该系统具有"500kVN-2风险评估"及"全网联络线中断全黑风险评估"两大功能,可根据当前的负荷水平、运行方式、设定的安全限额、事故方式进行智能预警,调度运行人员可根据系统的预警信号及提示信息,了解当前电网安全级别,准备或执行相关防范措施,为保证电网安全稳定运行起到了积极作用。 An intelligent visualization early-warning system for dispatching of Huzhou electric grid based on EMS is built to ensure safe and reliable operation of power grid and control the safety and stability redundancy in view of hidden danger of small system caused by N-2 in Huzhou Power Grid at present.The system has two functions:First,risk evaluation of 500 kV N-2.Second,interruption risk evaluation of connecting lines of the whole grid.Intelligent early warning is available according to the present load,operation mode,safety limit and accident.And dispatchers can know the present security level of grid based on early-warning signal and hint and prepare or implement precautionary measures,and it plays an active role in safe and stable operation of power grid.
