南京市失地农民养老保险水平定量分析

Quantitative Analysis of Old-Age Insurance of Landless Peasants in Nanjing

以南京市为例,在对失地农民养老保险替代率进行界定的基础上,对南京市失地农民养老保险替代率进行了测算,测算结果显示:南京市失地农民养老金替代率在5%～24%之间,替代水平偏低。而采用ELES模型测定其合意替代率应在26%～41%之间。据此提出建议,为相关部门调整失地农民养老保障水平提供参考。

According to the definition in the study,the paper calculated pension replacement rate of landless peasants in Nanjing.The calculation showed that the rate of the landless peasants is relatively low,ranging from 5% to 24 %,while the model rate determined by ELES should range between 26% ～ 41%.Suggestions were hence made for relevant sections to improve the pension level of the population.
