献血者HBV自然感染后抗-HBs阴性的抗-pre-S1/pre-S2免疫应答研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究HBsAg的抗-preS在HBV自然感染后抗-HBs阴性献血者中的应答情况。方法采用ELISA法从8 265名5项血液学指标合格的献血者中筛选抗-HBs阴性,抗-HBc阳性的个体,然后再检测其抗-preS。结果共筛选抗-HBs阴性,抗-HBc阳性211例,其中抗-pre-S1/pre-S2阳性165例。结论 HBV自然感染后抗-HBs阴性个体大多数产生了针对HBsAg的抗-preS,该抗体具有更为良好的免疫原性;抗-preS检测能对抗-HBs无应答者进行进一步区分,免除不必要的免疫接种。
