摘要
随着经济全球化进程的加快,国有企业改革的进一步加深,我国国有企业员工流动问题日益突出,极大地影响和制约了国有企业的健康发展。本文对员工流动问题进行了分析与研究,从国有企业自身建设和员工流动环节两个层面,提出了解决国有企业员工流动问题的一些针对性意见和措施。
With the development of economic globalization turns progress quickly and nationalized business innovation goes deeper and deeper, our country's nationalized business employee's drifting problem become prominent day by day, which influenced and districted nationalized business' healthy development. The paper analyzed this problem and proposed some pointed opinion and measures to slove it from self-construction of nationalized business and employee's drifting links.
