高校国有资产管理显现的问题及相应的对策

高校国有资产是高校赖以生存和发展的物质技术基础,国有资产管理则是高校管理中重要的环节。近些年来,随着高等教育事业迅速发展、高校的规模不断扩大,高校的国有资产也随之大幅度地增加。如何规范、合理地管好高校的国有资产,使其效益得到最大化的发挥,是目前高校国有资产管理的重要课题。本文在分析近年来高校在国有资产管理中显现问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策。

State-owned asset in a university is one of the basic substitutes for the universities＇ development. With the rapid growth of university scale, university assets are greatly enlarged. How to regulate and efficiently manage them for the maximum use is an important point in regard to university asset management. This essay analysis the problems in university asset management and probes relevant solutions.
