面临校园骚乱频繁的局势,美国制定校园安全法确认校园警察制度,促进了美国校园安全保障工作的良性发展。当前,我国连续发生的校园恶性事件表明校园安全保障工作亟需改善。借鉴美国校园警察制度的经验、制定我国的校园安全法、明确校园警察的法律地位、促进校园警务机制的尽快构建和良性发展,应当成为我国应对校园安全事件的有效保障措施。

Facing the frequent riots of the situation,the United States established policing management mechanismi n campus,which promoted the security of the work.At present,china＇s violent incidents show that the school campuss ecurity work need improvement.Learn from the experience of American policing management mechanism in campus,China should enact the safe law of the campus and clear the legal status of campus police,which can deal with campuss afety events in force.
