目前我国残疾人犯罪案件呈上升趋势,犯罪组织形式趋向组织化、职业化,残疾人违法犯罪已成为当前需要予以重视的社会问题。残疾人违法犯罪的原因是多方面的,同时也是一个社会问题。那么,要解决这一社会问题,就必须依靠全社会的力量,在政府的扶助之下,各部门齐抓共管,打击和遏制这一类的违法犯罪。
