How to Do College Students'Ideological and Political Education Well

文章通过对高校学生的思想状况、思想政治教育中存在的问题及问题的成因的分析,提出了通过加强理想信念人生观教育、增强大学生的思想政治素质教育,转变思想教育模式、由封闭型向开放型转化,针对大学生心理上的变化,要细心观察,采取相应措施、加强辅导员自身修养及素质提高等方式做好高校学生思想政治教育工作,以适应新时期条件下的高校学生思想政治教育工作,真正造就一支坚持走有中国特色的社会主义道路、德才兼备、适应改革开放和现代化建设需要的高素质大学生人才队伍。

Through the analysis of the ideological status of college students,ideological and political education problems and the causes,this article put forward that we should strengthen education in ideals and beliefs of life,strengthen students＇ideological and political quality education,change our thinking and education model from the closed conversion to open for students psychological change,take a closer look,take appropriate measures to enhance the quality of counselors toi mprove their way of training and do a good job of ideological and political education of college students.So we can adapt to the conditions of ideological and political education of college students in new ear,really bring up a team who stick to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,possess both ability and integrity to meet the needs of reform and openingup and modernization construction of high-quality students talents.
