摘要
进入21世纪以来,房地产正以一种特殊资产的形式进入市场,并确立了其在国民经济中的支柱产业地位。本文简要从开发商、测算单位、施工单位、房产管理部门四个方面探讨了如何避免预测面积与实测面积出现差异。
Since entering the 21st century,in a special real estate assets are in the form of access to markets,the real estate has been placed in a pillar industry of the national economy status.This paper briefly discussed how to avoid the difference between forecasting area and measured area from four phrase: the developer,measurement units,construction units,and real estate management.
