摘要
目的分析路路通在预防高龄股骨粗隆间骨折行人工股骨头置换术后下肢深静脉栓塞的作用。方法回顾分析路路通在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折行人工股骨头置换术15例中的应用效果并加以分析。结果 15例人工股骨头置换术中下肢深静脉栓塞发生率为0。结论路路通在围手术期的应用是预防高龄关节置换术后并发下肢深静脉栓塞行之有效的方法。
Objective To analyze the effect of LuLuTong on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower limb after femoral head replacement for intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 15 cases were analyzed of LuLuTong in the intertrochanterie fracture hemiarthroplasty. Results In 15 eases of artificial femoral head replacement the oeeurrent rate of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis was zero. Conclusion LuLuTong application in the pefioperative period can prevent old age arthroplasty complicated by deep vein thrombosis effectively.
