高压氧治疗对大鼠面神经损伤修复作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较不同高压氧治疗时机对大鼠面神经损伤修复的作用。方法将50只SD大鼠用钳夹法制作左侧面神经损伤模型,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组按伤后开始高压氧治疗时间(第1、4、7、14d)分为4个亚组,均行高压氧治疗10次,损伤后不同时间点(1、4、7、14、21、30d)取材,双侧面神经及口轮匝肌行HE染色,观察神经纤维及肌肉组织病理变化。结果与对照组相比,不同时间点治疗组伤后1d组、4d组左侧面神经及口轮匝肌损伤程度明显减轻,伤后30d口轮匝肌肌纤维直径有显著性差异(p<0.01),伤后7d组、14d组则无明显差异。结论伤后1w内开始HBO治疗更有助于早期减轻面神经损伤程度,改善预后。 Objective To contrast the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy at different time points on the injured facial never in rats. Methods Left facial nerve of 50 Sprague - Dawley (SD) rats was clamped with a smooth clamp to make injury, mode. All rats were randomly divided into 2 groups : experimental group and control group. 40 rats in Experimental group were given hyperbaric oxygen treatment once a day for 10 times, and divided into 4 subgroups according to the beginning time of hyperbaric oxygen treatment after injury( 1 d,4 d,7 d,14 d). At days 1,4, 7,14,21,30 after injury, bilateral facial nerves and orbicularis muscles of 5 groups were determined with HE staining, observed the histomorphological change under the light microscope. Results At different intervals after injury., histomorphological changes of facial nerve and orbicularis muscle in experimental groups ( 1 d ,4d )were much better than control group..At 30 days, myofiber diameters of orbicularis muscles in experimental groups (1 d ,4d) were significant longer than those in control group(p 〈 0.01 ), but there were no significant difference between experimental groups(7 d,14 d)and control group. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy begun in 1 week will be more effective for the injured facial never.
