摘要
目的为更好地做好产褥期保健工作,在产褥期保健中应用加味八珍益母膏,观察其临床效果。方法选取2008年1月～2008年7月在本院住院分娩的产妇300例,随机分成干预组和对照组。干预组加用口服加味八珍益母膏,观察产妇产后2小时后阴道流血情况、身体康复状态和母乳喂养情况。结果加味八珍益母膏明显改善产褥期产后2小时后阴道流血,明显改善身体康复状态和提高母乳喂养质量。结论加味八珍益母膏具有补气养血、活血祛瘀的功效,有利于产褥期产妇身体康复和母乳喂养,进而保障母婴安全、健康。
Objective To improve postpartum care applied Modified Bashen Yimu cream and observe its clinical effects. Methods From January 2008 to July 2008, 300 mothers giving birth in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into intervention and control groups. Intervention group was treated with oral paste Modified Bazhen Yimu Cream, and observed postpartum vaginal bleeding conditions 2 hours after delivery, physical rehabilitation status, and breastffecding babies. Results Modified Bazhen Yimu cream significantly improved postpartum vaginal bleeding 2 hours after delivery, significantly improving the physical rehabilitation status, and improve the quality of breasffecding infants. Conclusion Modified Bazhen Yimu cream has the function of tonifying qi nourishing blood, and promote blood circulation by removing blood stasis. So it is effective for physical rehabilitation to help postpartum mothers and breasffeeding babies, and thus protect the mother and child safe and healthy .
