米非司酮联合利凡诺在中孕引产中的疗效观察

The Effects Observation of Mifepristone Combined with Ethacridine Lactate in Miscarriage Patients

目的探讨米非司酮联合利凡诺在中孕引产中的效果。方法选取2008年12月至2010年2月于我院行中孕引产的100例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(米非司酮联合利凡诺组)50例和对照组(利凡诺)组50例,后将2组患者的发动时间、胎儿娩出时间、总产程、出血量、清宫术率、不良反应发生率及血清胎盘泌乳素、雌三醇、孕酮水平进行统计及比较。结果观察组的发动时间、胎儿娩出时间及总产程均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,清宫术率低于对照组,血清胎盘泌乳素、雌三醇、孕酮水平变化大于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异,但2组不良反应发生率2组患者无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论在中孕引产中运用米非司酮联合利凡诺综合效果佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effects of Mifepristone combined with Ethacridine Lactate on middle miscarriage.Methods 100 cases middle miscarriage patients in our hospital from December 2008 to February 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into observation group（Mifepristone combined with Ethacridine Lactate group）50 cases and control group（Ethacridine Lactate group）50 cases.Then the launch time,birth time,total stage of labor,blood loss,rate of complete curettage of uterine cavity,incidence of adverse reactions,the levels of serum placental lactogen,Estriol,Progesterone were analyzed and compared.Results The launch time,birth time,total stage of labor of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,rate of complete curettage of uterine cavity of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the levels of serum placental lactogen,changes of Estriol,Progesterone of the observation group were bigger than those of the control group,P〈0.05,all the differences had statistical significance,but incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups had no differences,P〉0.05.Conclusion The effects of Mifepristone combined with Ethacridine Lactate on middle miscarriage is better,and is worthy of popularization and application.
