摘要
目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在治疗稽留流产的应用。方法对66例确诊为稽留流产的患者,随机分为2组。研究组34例,给予米非司酮配伍米索前列醇;对照组32例,给予雌激素治疗后行刮宫术,进行疗效比较。结果研究组在住院时间、病人疼痛指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产安全有效,能明显缩短治疗时间,减少病人痛苦。
Objective To investigate the application of mifepristone compatibility of misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods 66 cases of missed abortion were divided into research group vs control group.The research group 34case were treated by mifepristone compatibility misoprostol,and the control group 32cases were treated by estrogen therapy and curettage.Results Length of hospitalization,patient pain of research group was superior than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion mifepristone compatibility of misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion is safe and effective,Can reduce treatment time and pain.
