复发性阴道念珠菌病的临床分析

目的研究复发性阴道念珠菌病的临床诊断及治疗方法。方法通过观察斯皮仁诺与克霉唑栓联合的治疗,再结合妇科门诊诊断出的复发性阴道念珠菌病病例做分组对照实验治疗。结果研究组治愈率84%,总有效率97%,对照组治愈率67%,总有效率83%。结论加用斯皮仁诺治疗复发性阴道念珠菌病效果明显,是一种有效的治疗方法 。

Objective To study the recurrent vaginal candidiasis clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods by observing the Sporanox suppository with clotrimazole treatment,combined with gynecology clinic were diagnosed with recurrent vaginal candidiasis largest group of patients treated in control experiments.Results study group cure rate of 84%,the total effective rate 97% in the control group cure rate of 67%,the total effective rate 83%.Conclusion plus with Sporanox treatment of recurrent vaginal candidiasis evident result is an effective treatment.
