摘要
目的探讨二维超声心动图测量主肺动脉直径的准确性。方法对238例正常成人心脏行经胸超声心动图检查,用二维超声测量主动脉、主肺动脉直径,并用例检验分析二维主肺动脉直径测量值与其解剖测量值之间是否存在差异。结果二维超声心动图测量主肺动脉直径与解剖测量值及理论推算值无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论二维超声心动图能较准确测量主肺动脉的直径。
Objective To explore the two-dimensional echocardiography measurement accuracy of the main pulmonary artery diameter.Methods 238 cases of normal adult heart transthoracic echocardiography,two-dimensional ultrasound measurement of aortic,main pulmonary artery diameter,and two-dimensional t-test analysis of the main pulmonary artery diameter measurements between anatomical measurements are different.Results The two-dimensional echocardiography measurement of main pulmonary artery diameter and anatomical measurements and the calculated no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The two-dimensional echocardiography can more accurately measure the diameter of the main pulmonary artery
