使用小剂量PG05阴道栓剂促活跃期产程的临床观察

A Clinical Trial of Small Dose PGF2α Vaginal Suppository (PG05) in Accelerating Labor Progress

目的探讨ＰＧ０５阴道栓剂（ＰＧ０５０１ｍｇ／枚）在活跃期促进产程进展的作用。方法将６１例单胎头位初产妇随机分成两组（ＰＧ０５组３２例，催产素组２９例），对活跃期加强宫缩促进产程进展效果进行对比观察。结果两组催产效果无差异，且两组胎儿及新生儿安全性方面无明显差异。结论ＰＧ０５用于活跃期加速产程进展是安全有效的。

Objective\ To explore the function of PG05 in promoting labor progress in active phase. Methods\ A total of 61 primipara with single fetus and vertex presentation were randomly divided into two groups. Each parturient in group 1 was administered with PG05, and the patients in group 2 were injected with oxytocin as controls. The effects of the two drugs were observed according to the strength of uterine contraction and function of accelerating progress of labor. Results\ No differences were observed between the two groups ont only on the effect of promoting active phase, but also on safety of fetuses and newborns . Conclusions\ PG05 was an effective and safe drug in accelerating labor progress in active phase.
