摘要
在新的医改政策的指导下,指出公立医院的“公益性”的性质,新的绩效管理体系必须要体现公立医院的“公益性”。本组引入的新的绩效考核指标体系,在提高医院的工作效率,改善服务水平,提高医疗质量管理水平,加强医院的管理,起到了积极作用。真正达到了合理控制医疗费用,提高医疗服务质量,提高病人对医院的满意度的目的,对医院的可持续发展起到了关键性的作用。
