高效液相色谱法测定软膏中曲安萘德和水杨酸含量

Determination of triamcinolonide acetonide and salicylic acid in ointment by HPLC

目的：建立一种快速的用高效液相色谱法测定曲安萘德（ＴＡ）和水杨酸（ＳＡ）的含量。方法：使用Ｃ１８色谱柱，流动相为甲醇∶水（６０∶４０Ｖ／Ｖ），检测波长为２４０ｎｍ及２９０ｎｍ。结果：方法在７ｍｉｎ内完成测定，其中水杨酸在８～２４μｇ·ｍｌ－１浓度范围内，ｒ＝０．９９９５，ＲＳＤ＝０．４９％，回收率为９９．７％～１００．３％；曲安萘德在６．２５～５０μｇ·ｍｌ－１浓度范围内，ｒ＝０．９９９８，ＲＳＤ＝０．４７％，回收率为９９．４％～９９．８％。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a rapid method to determine triamcinolone acetonide(TA) and salicylic acid(SA) in ointment by high performance liquid chromatography.METHODS:TA and SA were eluted with CH 3OH∶H 2O(60∶40,V/V,1 ml·min -1 ) at C 18 column and were determined at 240 nm and 290 nm.RESULTS:TA and SA were eluted in 7 min,in the concentration of SA 8～24 μg·ml -1 , r= 0.999 5 ,RSD= 0.49% ,the recovery was 99.7% ～ 100.3% ; and in the concentration of TA 6.25 ～50 μg·ml -1 , r= 0.999 8 ,RSD= 0.47% ,the recovery was 99.4% ～ 99.8% .CONCLUSIONS:The method can be used to determine the concentrations of TA and SA in ointment rapidly and accurately.
