替硝唑漱口水稳定性研究

Study on stability of tinidazole collutoria

目的：研究替硝唑漱口水的稳定性。方法：用ＨＰＬＣ测定替硝唑的含量，恒温加速试验预测替硝唑漱口水的有效期。结果：替硝唑分解属一级动力学过程，ｔ２５℃０．９为６．１年。结论：确定替硝唑漱口水的有效期定为２年以上。

OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of tinidazole collutoria.METHODS:Tinidazole was determined in tinidazole collutoria by high performance liquid chromotography.The stability was studied by accelereted test process.RESULTS:The mechanism was fit to first order reaction and the shelf life was 6.1 years.CONCLUSION:The efficient period was over 2 years.
