摘要
提出了硫酸盐浸出液中金的检测新方法.采用加酸分解硫代硫酸盐,快速有效地破坏硫代硫酸金配合物,在王水介质中,以巯基树脂吸附、分离金.洗脱分离后,用异戊醇为萃取剂富集分离出Au^3+.在HAe-NaAe缓冲介质中。以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)增溶,用硫代米蚩铜(TMK)显色测定金含量.该方法将巯基树脂吸附和异戊醇萃取有机的结合起来,测定下限为0.2mg/L,精密度优于士z.5%,回收率为94%~103%,可用于工艺试验控制分析.
A new analytical method for gold in sulfate leaching solution is introduced in this paper. Hydrochloric acid was added into the solution to decompose the gold thiosulfate complex quickly and effectively. In medium of aqua fortis, gold ions were adsorbed and separated by mercapto group resin. After elution, isoamyl alcohol was used as an extractant to enrich and separate Au3+ from solution. In HAc-NaAc buffer solution,cetyltrimethy ammonium bromide(CTMAB) and thio-Michler's ketone(TMK) were used to measure the gold concentration in solution. This method took advantage of mercapto group resin adsorption technology and isoamyl alcohol organic extraction technology. The detection limit of Au is 0. 2 mg / L. The precision is better than ± 2. 5%. The recoveries are 94%-103%. The results show that this new method is rapid, high sensitivity, and effectively in practical analysis.
