摘要 1病史摘要患儿，女，3岁。因腹痛7d，发现腹部包块伴发热2d入院。患儿7d前无明显诱因出现腹痛，以上腹部为重，呈间断性钝痛，2d前发现上腹部有一包块，腹痛加重，呈持续性胀痛，伴纳差、发热，体温最高38．5℃。查体：T38．2℃，
