摘要
采用海藻酸钠、明胶与戊二醛固定漆酶,并将其应用于活性、还原染料染液脱色与棉织物染色后处理。试验结果表明,固定化漆酶可有效地对染液脱色,降低残液色深,提升织物皂洗和摩擦牢度。固定化漆酶的脱色和酶洗效果与染料结构相关。固定化酶珠中漆酶浓度较高时,其对已与纤维结合的染料也进行酶解,使染物色深略有降低。
Laccase was immobilized in the beads of alginate/gelatin blent with polyethylene glycol(PEG) and cross-linked with glutaraldehyde.The immobilized laccase was applied to decolorize reactive and vat dyes in solutions,as well as to aftertreatment in cotton dyeing.The results indicated that the immobilized laccase could efficiently decolorize the dye solutions and remove the loose color,and improving color fastnesses to washing and rubbing.The efficacy of enzymatic treatment with immobilized laccase was closely related to the dye structures.Furthermore,excessive laccase in the immobilized beads also could decolorize some fixed dyes on fabric,and decrease the color strength.
