摘要 REACH法规出台后,一直在不断修订,相关配套政策和措施尚不完善。介绍了REACH法规实施以来主要的修订情况;REACH法规实施的最新进展(包括注册、评估、授权、限制),列出了未经授权不得销售和使用的物质侯选清单,及生产商和进口商相应承担的物质信息通报责任。 Several main amendments are introduced after REACH regulation has entry into force,and the related guidances and policy for implementation are kept improving recently.The latest progress under REACH（including Registration,Evaluation,Authorization and Restriction） was summarized.The candidate substances of Very High Concern（SVHC） for authorization to be put on the market or be used were listed.Companies manufacturing or importing these substances need to check the potential obligation on the substances information notification.
