摘要
目的提出一种利用产品自身属性特点以及结构拓扑关系,实现优化配置的方法,解决单一拓扑空间内的产品配置建模和求解复杂的问题.方法通过对产品模块、功能属性的划分,将产品配置转化为模块组内部关键属性之间的匹配问题.结果给出了模块关键属性的概念表示和建模方法及基于产品自身拓扑结构特点对产品模块进行分类的方法.根据客户需求对产品属性进行映射,实现了一种结构化的,分阶段的配置生成方法.结论通过对台式机电脑的模拟配置实验证实了该方法的有效性,实现了一种结构化分阶段的产品配置生成方法,对其他产品的合理配置具有一定的指导作用.
Most of configuration techniques address the product model and constraint relations in a single topological space, which makes the configuration hard to be modeled and solved. To solve this problem, a new method was proposed by taking the advantages of the property and features of the product itself and the structure of topological relations. Based on analysis of product topological relationship and classified cohesion for product modules, the concept for Key Property in a product and modeling methods of KP were put forward. At the same time, a method which divided the production into modules based on the topologic was put forward. A product configuration algorithm which could easily accomplish through the constraints between properties of modules and struts for product was depicting too. Finally, an example of desktop computer configuration was presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach, and can become a guiding role to other product configuration.
