摘要
提出基于MATLAB/Simu1 ink环境下加热炉传递函数的PID参数整定法,在仿真环境下直接拼凑PID参数,具有直观、可视、方便等优点。该方法计算量小,实现简单、易于操作,很容易为工程人员掌握。仿真结果表明:该方法具有良好的有效性和稳定性,对在工厂中如何尽快的整定PID参数具有一定的借鉴意义,具有较高的实用价值,能有效地提高生产效率。
Proposed furnace transfer function's PID control under MATLAB/Simulink environment adjust parameter.Under the simulation environment piece together PID parameter with an intuitive,visual,and easy and so on.The method of calculation with small computation,simple to realize and easy to operate,so it is easy for engineers to master.The results show that the method has good validity and stability.It is help to set of PID parameters as soon as possible in the factory.The method has high practical value.It can effectively improve the production efficiency.
