摘要
新设计的一种配备随流孕育装置用耐高温下料管组件,采用带坡度耐高温出口接头,不仅可使其出口端在接近浇注铁液流时,免受高温铁液和飞溅向上的铁液液花熔化及冷凝后粘接,保证正常孕育给料,而且采用石墨材料制作出口接头,取材容易,制作简单,装卸方便,具有可推广价值。该组件已于2009年7月获国家实用新型专利授权。
This article describes a thermo-stable blanking tube component for stream inoculation device. Using thermo-stable utter connector with slope can not only protect from being bond plugged when close to the surface of melted iron but also guaranteed smooth feeding of inoculants. If the graphite material is taken to make the utter connector it will be easy to get and simple to use and convenient to load and unload that has the value of popularization. This Component obtained China National practical new-type patent in July of 2009.
