摘要
镁铝合金铸件的质量与浇注成形时镁铝合金熔液的温度之间有重要关系,因此对镁铝合金熔液的温度进行监测具有重要意义。以单片机为核心,以热电偶为检测元件,设计了一套温度监测系统,结果表明,该系统能够高精度的监测镁铝合金熔液的温度。
The quality of Mg-Al alloy castings are deeply effected by the temperature of Mg-Al alloy melt when they are poured into molds. Therefore, it is very important to monitor the temperature of Mg-AI alloy melt. Based on single-chip microcomputer, a high precision temperature monitoring system for Mg-Al alloy melt was designed and developed.
