摘要
研究了一种不锈钢薄壁铸件的壳型成形工艺,通过对薄壁件的特点和不锈钢的铸造性能分析,采用了热壳重力浇注、消失模真空装置浇注、热壳重力减压浇注3种方法进行浇注成形试验。结果表明,热壳重力减压浇注对于薄壁不锈钢件的成形效果良好。
The shaping processes for thin wall stainless steel casting by shell mould process were studied in this paper. Based on analyzing feature of thin wall casting and casting capability of stainless steel, the experiments were conducted by three ways: casting by gravity casting in hot shell; casting in shell mould with lost foam mold; by gravity casting under negative pressure in hot shell. The experimentation indicated that negative pressure casting in hot shell was good way for shaping process for thin wall stainless steel castings.
