摘要
分析了当前高校铸造人才的培养与企业需求之间所存在的不相适应的状况及原因,论述了以本科教育与铸造工程师专业资格认证相结合的新的人才培养模式及其教学体系的构建,指出了高校与企业界的密切合作对于培养高质量的铸造技术人才的重要作用。
This paper analyzes the problem and causes of training foundry talents in precent teaching system of the universities and institutes which is unable to the needs of the enterprises. A new model of the talent cultivation and relevant teaching system are expounded in which the undergraduate education is combined with the professional licensure qualification of foundry engineer. The important effects of the close cooperation of the universities and industry on cultivating foundry technology talents with high quality are pointed out.
