高职学院教师工作满意度调查研究

On Investigation and research for Job Satisfaction of Vocational College Teachers

为了解高职学院教师工作满意度的现状,找寻提升高职学院教师工作满意度对策的科学依据,运用《高职学院教师工作满意度调查问卷》对中南某省3所省属高职学院293名教师进行了调查。调查发现:高职学院教师的工作总体满意度较高,工作满意度由高到低依次为人际关系、工作本身、学校气氛、专业发展、管理制度、工作环境、薪酬福利;同时,高职学院教师存在一定程度的工作倦怠,并随年龄增大工作倦怠程度加重,而绝大部分教师不善于有效应对工作倦怠。

To understand the status of job satisfaction of vocational college teachers,vocational college teachers seekingscientific evidence of measures to enhance job satisfaction of vocational college teachers,the article investigated 293 of three vocational College teachers by useng of ＂Higher Institute of Teacher Job Satisfaction Questionnaire＂ in one central province.The survey found that： the degree of job overall satisfaction of vocational college teachers are higher,the job satisfaction rank form high to low are the human relations,work itself,school climate,professional development,management system,working environment,pay and benefits;the same time,the vocational college teachers be existing a certain degree of job burnout,the burnout levels increase with age increasing,and most teachers are not good at effectively deal with job burnout.
